  • Authentication credentials (managed by Firebase Authentication)

When you upload schematics for analysis, we collect:

  • EasyEDA schematic files (JSON format)
  • File metadata (filename, size, upload date)
  • Analysis results generated by our AI system
  • Project names and descriptions you provide

1.3 Usage Information

We automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and features used
  • Date and time of visits
  • Referring website addresses

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe collects and processes payment data in accordance with their privacy policy. We receive only transaction confirmations and subscription status information.

3. AI Processing and Analysis

Your schematic files are processed using third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). When we send your schematics for analysis:

  • Data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections
  • AI providers process the data solely for analysis purposes
  • We have agreements with AI providers prohibiting use of your data for training their models
  • Analysis results are stored in our database for your future reference

Important: AI-generated analysis results may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all analysis results before using them in production or critical applications.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Database security: PostgreSQL databases with access controls and regular backups
  • Authentication: Firebase Authentication with industry-standard security practices
  • Access control: Limited employee access on a need-to-know basis
  • Monitoring: Regular security audits and monitoring for unauthorized access

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication status. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics services that track you across websites.
